Chapter 2 Assignment: Design Yearbook Layout
Description: You are one of the designers for your
college or high school yearbook. You have been asked to create the design
for two sets of pages — the Faculty pages and Senior Class.
- Senior Class: Include 6-10 pictures per page,
with each student's name, hometown, and major.
- Faculty pages: The faculty is arranged by departments,
and the first page of each department features the
department chair, along with a blurb about the department (dummy text
is okay). Then on the same page, you must include 4-8 teachers (with
name, degree, and college attended)
More Instructions:
- The designs must be created as master pages, then applied to actual
pages. You only have to print one Faculty and one Senior page.
- For the pictures, you would either have to put a stroke around
each place holder, OR use an actual picture. (In a real life situation,
you would simply use placeholders; however, in order to get a printout
for me to see, you need either strokes or real pictures.)
