Many of the designs that you create in this course will become a part of your Design Portfolio, which as a website will be available to the public. As a result, you’ll need to be especially aware of copyright rules pertaining to images and other material that you might use.
Whereas it is okay to “google” images if you are simply practicing, keep in mind that you have no ownership of the images and cannot use them other than for practice.
The great news is that there are many places for finding copyright free images. One is Google itself. However, when doing so you have to filter the images according to usage rights. Please refer to this page to learn about the different types of rights.
