Overview and Instructions:
In this free-form exercise, you are to create a motivational quote poster. A few examples are displayed at the bottom of the page. I am only including the examples so that you can recognize what this type of design looks like. You have full freedom to choose whatever quote inspires you, and whatever design/layout you prefer.
In case you haven't paid attention these types of posters yet, please take close notice at the role the text plays in them. In addition to the ones that I've shown, do an internet image search for "motivational quote posters" to see what they tend to look like. At first glance it might seem graphic-heavy. However, typography plays a huge role in the design.
Page size: You may choose 8"x10" inch or 11"x14".
I suggested those sizes because they are good sizes for framing. You may decide to gift it to someone, who knows?
