Collaborative Design: Group Assignment # 2

Overview: In this second group design assignment, you will choose one of the following two themes and create a vector drawing:

• Choice 1:  A vector flower garden. At minimum, it must consist of plants and a background such as grass & sky.
• Choice 2:  Three vehicles on a highway. At minimum, it must consist of 3 vehicles and a highway. 

Another requirement is to include enough effects such as shadows and gradients to make the design look more realistic. Optional: Beyond the minimum, you may feel free to embellish your group’s design with props and scenery.  I won’t hold you accountable for more than the minimum because I know it gets busy this time of the semester.

If you need a design inspiration, a quick Google Image search on “vector flower garden” will get you started.  In your final design you will combine the individual items into a cohesive design.

How to submit:

• Due date: April 13
• Name your final group file: “Final Vector Design.ai” so that I’ll know which one to grade.
  Unless you have text in your design, you only have to upload the Illustrator file this time.
• The name of the Dropbox folder is: Vector Scene
• Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory, and will count at 1% of your final grade in the category of Participation.
